This was driven by the success of the Oracle Solution An Post has deployed with Vertice advice for its Big Data Analytics Platform, which has also now been utilised for other solutions as a generic consolidation platform. Thus via consolidation onto a single platform and also via use of the Oracle Cloud offerings on PaaS and Cloud Backups and Archiving, this then has benefit to the organisation of reducing costs, but also improving the sustainability.
