Vertice provided a review of the Oracle estate at DFA and implemented best practice recommendations. Vertice now provides an Oracle Managed Service to DFA through the Service Desk at BearingPoint to ensure a seamless service to DFA as part of the overall service agreement with BearingPoint.

As an ISV, FDD have their own APEX application on OCI, which they provide as a SaaS offering to their customers. Vertice has provided FDD with expert advice on their OCI & Oracle Database implementation covering issues such as security, performance optimisation and best practice for on-going maintenance. FDD are looking to Vertice to provide a Managed Service as they expand.

As an ISV, the Hireserve application is provided as a SaaS offering to their customers. Their implementation on OCI had many issues, including missing installation components, repeated upgrades that over stamped and were not tidied up, errors/bugs in code etc. Vertice have built a brand new OCI instance as their appointed CMSP and Vertice are now migrating the Production, Test and Development environments over to the new OCI instance, built from the ground up with best practice. Vertice also provides an Oracle Managed Service, which includes 24/7 cover with proactive monitoring and alerting.

Vertice provided a migration and upgrade of the entire GCC Oracle estate to a new modern platform. Vertice worked closely with the application owners to ensure minimal business interruption and downtime to end users. Vertice also implemented a best practice backup/recovery plan to ensure GCC meet all required objectives. Vertice now provides an Oracle Managed Service, which includes 24/7 cover with proactive monitoring and alerting.

Vertice provides on-site Oracle Services including best practice maintenance and scheduled upgrade/patch management.

Vertice provided a migration of their MAKS system to a new modern platform. Vertice worked closely with the application owners to ensure minimal business interruption and downtime to end users. Vertice also implemented a best practice disaster recovery solution to ensure the high availability of a critical system for the Hospital. Vertice now provides an Oracle Managed Service, which includes proactive monitoring and alerting.

Vertice & An Post now an Oracle Global Reference site for BA, Big Data and Hybrid Cloud. Once again Vertice provided and continue to provide us with a great service. Representing Oracle extremely well. We are pleased to receive this Global Excellence Award 2 years running!

Brown Thomas engaged Vertice to design and implement an ODI solution for Multi-Channel Retail. Vertice successfully delivered ODI and provide Support the Solution services in an ongoing capacity. Vertice’s Expert Services Team worked with us in an advisory capacity, subsequently providing expert Training Services. We embarked on this new project for Brown Thomas and we continue to utilise Vertice’s Support Services on ODI. In both Arnotts and Brown Thomas.

iCabbi and Vertice win Oracle Global Excellence Award for PaaS Innovations in the “Enterprise Analytics” category. Gaining Valuable Business Insight – We chose Oracle Analytics Cloud to help us leverage vast amounts of trip data for our customers around the world. Working with our Oracle Partner Vertice, we streamlined the project delivery and costs, deploying in just 12 weeks for overall project savings of 20 percent. The speed and ease of using Oracle Analytics Cloud means we can make operational and strategic improvements internally, as well as delivering on-demand analytics to transform taxi companies and other ground transportation businesses into more data-driven organizations.

Vertice have definitely delivered on the expert services brief and made a solid impression on DCU. We now have an up-to-date, effective and performant Oracle OBIEE and Data Warehouse in place, enabling our internal team to drive the ongoing program further and deliver on the critical business requirements which we now confidently deliver in DCU.

We chose Oracle Analytics Cloud to help us both consolidate and then analyze management information at a group level, across our diverse portfolio. With the help of Oracle Partner Vertice, we will deliver more analytics at a Group and subsidiary level and further enhance our data-driven insights.

We have provided the following specific Management Consulting “ERP Advisory” Expert services to Harcourt Life Insurance; “Vertice joined our Cloud ERP deployment in an “ERP Advisory” capacity to support us develop a sustainable Finance Operating model enabled by Oracle Financials – Cloud ERP. They managed the Cloud ERP Financials deployment to ensure our internal Harcourt Finance Team was in a position to leverage Oracle Modern Business Processes to support Harcourt’s month and year end close. Vertice as our effective in-house Oracle SME and Project Management, Vertice specifically managed the offshore configuration team to Go Live on Oracle Cloud ERP and worked with our internal Finance and IT Ops teams to ensure project was delivered on-time while allowing our internal teams to grow in competence and confidence with the new system and business processes.

Testament to work delivered by Vertice is the fact that we have now gone live and closed year end 2016 for 6 Legal Entities with Oracle Cloud ERP – Financials and while also extending the initial solution by enabling Automated Invoice Processing to further enhance our Finance Capability in Harcourt Life.

ICON utilised Vertice Consulting Services for a number of years, now. Most recently, we engaged Vertice for an evaluation phase on a new procurement solution. After due process, this resulted in ICON opting for two Oracle-based procurement solutions: Oracle E-Business R12 and Procure to Pay modules. Vertice is providing an element of the delivery capacity for the implementation. Specifically in terms of Project Management and in a functional advisory capacity. We are happy to provide Vertice with a reference.

We engaged Vertice to assist with our ongoing BI Program, where we were rolling out Oracle BI Foundation from Dublin, where we rolled out OBIEE on top of our Cloud Data Layer across multiple countries. Vertice deliver Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) with An Post Finance team. An Post Finance wanted to improve the process to complete our financial planning and Budgeting process each year and reduce time to deliver in order to then repeat throughout the Financial Year. Vertice having delivered the original Financial Planning on our 5 Year Plan and improved Budgeting process. Advised that PBCS could further improve the planning process, by enhanced UI and faster process completion. We are now avid users of Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service or APEPM as we know it within the An Post Finance Team.

TTi Floorcare EMEA, engaged Vertice Ltd for the initial purpose of augmentation and enhancement to the central ERP team. At the outset, we worked closely with their Vertice Consultants- We now have our own ERP team in place to take the solution further and Vertice certainly assisted and enabled through the initial stages and further of this journey -TTi maintain a relationship with Vertice and we utilise their personnel when needed to enable our Oracle needs.

Vertice delivers iCabbi Implements Oracle Analytics Cloud Within Their Global Taxi Dispatch Solution. iCabbi chose Oracle Analytics Cloud Service to help us leverage vast amounts of trip data for our customers around the world. With the help of Oracle Partner Vertice, we will deliver on-demand analytics, transforming taxi companies and other businesses in ground transportation into more data-driven organizations.

World 1st Implementation – Vertice & An Post now an Oracle Global Reference site for Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). We chose Oracle Analytics Cloud Service to extend into and integrate with our existing big data analytics. With the help of Oracle Partner Vertice, this modern, agile, platform has enabled us to readily externalize our existing analytics and share insights with key customers.

ICON engaged Vertice Ltd for the initial purpose of ADVISORY services and SOLUTION DESIGN. At the outset, we worked closely with the Senior Vertice Consultants and identified the optimal P2P Solution for ICON. We then engaged a very effective and efficient P2P Implementation team with Vertice, to take the solution from plan to delivery. Vertice certainly assisted and enabled through the initial stages of this journey – a proven and true partner to ICON.

Vertice joined our ERP deployment when our deployment was in full flight and faced our more complex markets and manufacturing plants. Vertice continuously worked to manage the RTR Team (Zoetis Staff, ILO Consultants and Contractors) to ensure RTR Business Processes were deployed across our Italian, Spanish, French, Greek, South African, Hungarian, Russian and Ukrainian market places in line with our aggressive deployment plan. Solid recognition of ERP Advisory Services delivered by Vertice is the fact that each of these markets/plants closed the books on time, per corporate calendar at the first month end, leveraging the Global Template.

Vertice have definitely delivered on the expert services brief and made a solid impression on Queen’s. We now have an up-to-date, effective and performant Oracle 11g and 12c databases in place, enabling our internal team to drive the ongoing program further and deliver on the critical Business Requirements, which we can now confidently deliver in Queens.

An Post GTS engaged with Vertice, followed by a meeting with Group Finance and GTS to discuss exact requirements we had relating to Financial Planning and Analysis. We wanted to both reduce the efforts needed to complete our financial planning and Budgeting process each year and reduce time to deliver in order to then repeat throughout the Financial Year. Vertice introduced us to their EPM Experts and after completing a prototype in Phase 1, we then deployed in Phase 2, on our 5 Year Plan and improved Budgeting process. We are now avid users of Oracle Financial Planning or APEPM as we know it within the An Post Finance Team.

Arnotts engaged Vertice to Support and enable enhancements to the existing ODI solution… We decided we wanted to adjust and enhance the use of the ODI toolset and its capabilities… Working closely with the Vertice team in an advisory capacity and subsequent to the advisory basis and Training, we then embarked on a new project for Arnotts, which we have successfully delivered… We now utilise Vertice for Support Services on ODI… Vertice were very responsive, pro-active and capable in their area of expertise and we feel assured we can rely on them to assist and support ongoing!
